Enjoy the pick of the crop each Thursday night in The Restaurant. Head Chef Gavin Hughes showcases the best produce the region has to offer – sourced direct from the local Byron Farmers Market that day. The menu changes weekly based on seasonal produce. À la carte menu also available.
