Join us for a night of fine food and relaxation. Commencing with a four course degustation dinner matched with five of the world’s finest Champagnes on Friday 31 October.
This is the seventh consecutive Vogue Living Champagne Dinner to be held at The Byron at Byron Resort and guests can expect another spectacular event. We are thrilled to welcome Executive Chef Massimo Mele of Sydney’s La Scala on Jersey to offer his signature Italian fare.
Growing up in both Tasmania and Naples, Massimo Mele has been immersed in authentic Italian cooking from a young age. Having worked for the Hugos Group in Sydney, and represented Australia’s best cooking in New York, LA, Tasmania (Taste of Tasie), and Queensland(Noosa Food and Wine Festival), Mele is an award winning chef. This year Massimo took over the kitchen as Executive Chef of newly renovated and re-launched La Scala on Jersey in Paddington Sydney, which brings to life his ethos of Tutti A Tavola – ‘everyone to the table’.
