Air

Access to Byron Bay by air from Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide has been made easier with an increase in direct fights to Coolangatta/Gold Coast airport. Air New Zealand have direct flights from Auckland to Coolangatta along with Virgin Blue commencing direct flights from Canberra.
