Spa etiquette

The universal law of etiquette is to care for the needs of others before your own. Our spa offers a tranquil environment that is shared and so we encourage our visitors to respect the privacy and peace for fellow spa guests.

Please plan to arrive 45 minutes prior to your treatment. This will allow you to take advantage of your relaxation space, steam room and spa along with completion of your health questionnaire. (Please remember there is a 1 hour difference in time zone between Queensland and NSW during the daylight savings period.)

We provide robes, spa slippers, towels and lockers to secure your belongings.

We recommend you drink plenty of water post treatment and it is not advisable to consume alcohol prior to your treatment.

If you are pregnant or have special medical concerns, please be sure to advise our team at the time of booking.

In the interest of the health and safety of our therapists, we are unable to offer spa treatments if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms.
