Spa Etiquette
Our spa is an island of tranquillity. Please walk and converse quietly.
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, don your spa robe and slippers, complete a health questionnaire and unwind in the relaxation area, spa and steam room. Please remove all jewellery and valuables prior to arrival. We recommend you drink plenty of water post-treatment and that you wait an hour after meals before any heat treatments. If you are pregnant or have special medical concerns please advise us at the time of booking. It is recommended that you do not consume alcohol before your treatment.
As part of our cancellation policy we require all bookings to be guaranteed by either credit card or room number.
