Most Sensational Weekend

I have just returned from the most sensational weekend at The Byron. My friend Liz Quinn and myself stayed for two nights on the girls' weekend away package and were absolutely thrilled with our stay. From the porter who effortlessly moved our bags three times in 5 minutes, to the breakfast waiter who pandered to our individual coffee whims, the cool and serene spa staff who gave the best massage I have ever experienced, and the reception staff for whom nothing was too much trouble, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. All the smiles seemed to be genuine, and the service natural yet efficient. The food was great too. I visited the resort two years ago, and was relieved on this occasion to find that the same high quality of service and customer care was as consistent as ever. Please do pass on my gratitude to your wonderful staff for making these two stressed-out-mummies-on-a-break feel very special indeed.
