Amazing Yoga

Recently my partner Jason and I stayed at your resort for the celebration of Jason’s 40th birthday.

Commendation is extended to all your staff for making our stay so peaceful, perfect and memorable.

The service at the Byron at Byron is exceptional.

On night #1 - Jason and I were asked what plans we had in mind for the night and suggestions were made for a place in which Jason and I believe was a measured suggestion.

On night #2 – Memory of our room number off hand when at dinner (impressive and very personalised), we were allowed us to chose our seat and the table was set. Throughout our delicious meal your staff took the time to catch up on how our stay had been and how we had enjoyed the night before. More suggestions were made for the day ahead.

Whilst these two points above seem ‘standard service’, allow me to explain what made this service so exceptional.

Your staff had obviously assessed Jason and I as individuals, and as a couple so totally in love.

With a passing comment from Jason of his love of blues music, it was suggested the Beach Hotel would probably be the place to go, which in turn had been one of the best night’s out we have had. She was correct, a fabulous blues band played that night.

Come night 2 we decided to eat at your restaurant. Jason and I relaxed with a cocktail at the pool and sat in our usual very close position. Your staff went away to set the table for us, and had set the chairs close together rather than the usual opposite end of the table. Jason and I know that this was another sound assessment on your part. We had taken a look around at the other ‘tables of 2’ and saw that our table had been prepared this way just for us.

I also had a few requests for the morning of the 13 April to make Jason’s morning as wonderful as possible and your staff could not have been more helpful.

Furthermore to the specifics of the service you provide, may I also make strong mention that your staff hold such a relaxed, sincere and natural demeanour; a demeanour so exceptional and not notable of many. Your staff are far a cut above the rest, and I would like to thank you for making our time at Byron at Byron so genuine, relaxed, personalised and special.
